Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, delivery location, product size, weather conditions, public holidays, or events outside our control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Large Item Delivery

Some products, including sheds, garden storage units, and large outdoor items, may require specialist courier delivery due to their size or weight.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accessible and suitable for large-item delivery.

If the courier is unable to complete delivery because of access restrictions, incorrect address details, or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shedssupply.co.uk with your order number.

If your order has already been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may need to follow our return process after receiving the item.

Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and complete with all parts, accessories, manuals, and fittings.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A short description of the issue

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, replacement parts, repair solution, refund, or another suitable resolution.
