This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellation requests are handled by Sheds Supply.

Cancelling an Order

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible by email:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • Your full name
  • The reason for cancellation, if applicable

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

If your order is still within the processing stage and has not yet been dispatched or handed to the courier, we will do our best to cancel it before shipping.

When Cancellation May Not Be Possible

Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been:

  • Processed
  • Packed
  • Dispatched
  • Collected by the courier
  • Handed to a delivery or fulfilment partner

If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to wait for delivery and then follow our return process after receiving the item.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, we will process a refund to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. The exact timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Address or Order Changes

If you need to change your delivery address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shedssupply.co.uk.

We will do our best to update the order before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed to the courier.

Large Item Orders

Some products, including sheds, garden storage units, and large outdoor items, may be prepared with specialist delivery arrangements.

Once a large item has been booked with a courier or fulfilment partner, cancellation may no longer be possible before delivery.

If Your Order Has Already Been Delivered

If your order has already been delivered and you no longer want the item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets our return conditions.
